Studio Apartment Dragica
Studio Dragica is air-conditioned studio connected to shared terrace with Sea view. It consists of a room with double bed with private bathroom with shower. Linen and towels are provided. There is a mini kitchen equipped with dishes, microvawe, kettle, and coffee machine, also a sat TV, WIFI, table, chairs... It is only 50m away from the center, beach, restaurant / bar, grocery shop...
The space
Studio is about 25 square meters in surface, with double bed, mini kitchen with dishes, a closet, a table and a chairs. There's also a bathroom with shower. Toilet paper, linen and towels are provided.
Guests get to the studio by climbing the stairs on the first floor. There is also a terrace with 2 tables and chairs which you share with another room on the same floor. Each unit has it's own table with chairs on the terrace.
Guest access
Guests get access to studio with bathroom and mini kitchen with dishes. There's separate entrance on first floor, so you have to climb stairs. You share terrace with another room which is on the same floor. These are the only 2 units we rent.
Room Dragica
Room Dragica, with private entrance and private bathroom, there's also a shared terrace with Sea view. It is fully equipped with fridge with freezing compartment, microvawe, sat TV/ smart TV, WIFI, air-conditioning, table, chairs, kettle... It is only 50m away from the center, beach, restaurant / bar, grocery shop...

Room is about 15 square meters in surface, with double bed, a small fridge with freezing compartment, a closet, a table and a chair. There's also a bathroom with shower. Toilet paper, linen and towels are provided.
Guests get to the room by climbing the stairs on the first floor. There is also a terrace with 2 tables and chairs which you share with another studio apartment. Each unit has it's own table with chairs on the terrace.

Guests get access to room with bathroom, with separate entrance on first floor. You share terrace with another studio apartment on the same floor.

Parking is provided free of charge. Max 2 cars, 1 per accommodation.

Quiet hours: Guests must be quiet between 22:00 and 08:00.
